Section 301 Vessel Fee Calculator

Estimate fees for vessels arriving in U.S. ports based on the notice dated October 3, 2025.

Effective starting October 14, 2025

Important Note

A vessel can only be subject to one fee. The highest priority criteria will determine the applicable fee. Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) tankers (vessel type 132) are exempt from all Section 301 fees.

Annex I: Chinese Vessel Operators and Owners

Annex III: Foreign Vehicle Carriers

Is the vessel a foreign-built vehicle carrier (type 325) or roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro, type 333) vessel?
